Now if in the 6th month you decide not to continue, you stop paying and the domain is taken back and you owe nothing else. So you are out 7500 but not 75000.
The domains are held in a third party escrow like Escrow.com or Dan.com and you risks nothing. Once the final payment is made you get control of the name.
